Lisa Locke

Lisa Locke has over 25 years of human resource experience working for start-up companies, small businesses and large corporations, in addition to over 10 years processing multi-state payrolls. This varied experience provides a unique insight into the different challenges of human resources and payroll. With a background in the commercial real estate, technology, pharmaceutical, insurance and financial sectors, Lisa’s strengths include expertise in employee benefits, Human Resource technology, talent acquisition, employee relations, diversity programs, employee performance, payroll, policy development, and project management.
Lisa’s ability to work with all levels of management and associates, including Executive teams is valuable in delivering business driven solutions to clients. With a strong analytical background and excellent communication skills, she is able to provide innovative solutions. Her strong leadership experience has earned her the credibility and respect of other HR professionals.
Lisa has earned the Certified Employee Benefits-Fellow (CEBS) and the SHRM-SCP designations. She received an MBA from the University of North Texas and a BBA from the University of Texas-Austin with a focus in Human Resources. She is a dedicated runner, cyclist and loves new adventures! She regularly volunteers in various events in the community.

Wendi Lehr

Wendi Lehr is a seasoned human resources leader with a work history that illustrates strong management skills, a solid background in human resources, and a career focused on creating value for organizations through effective delivery of HR practices.
Wendi’s diverse background in human resources includes strengths in multi-state payroll, benefits, policy development, employee relations, performance evaluations, and employee investigations. Wendi has earned the reputation for increasing the credibility and effectiveness of the Human Resource Management function by her commitment to excellence in HR delivery.
Wendi has a broad range of generalist experience and served as a hands-on HR leader in several organizations. Her 25+ years of experience in Human Resources spans several industries including engineering, holding company, commercial real estate, healthcare and staffing agency and includes over 15 years in leadership positions. She has managed HR, Payroll and Benefits over her professional career.
Wendi has her SHRM-CP and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and the American Payroll Association. She is also a member of the McKinney Chamber of Commerce. In her spare time, Wendi enjoys attending her kids soccer, football and color guard competitions, bowling and traveling with her family.
