COVID-19 Information
Updates On November 4th, OSHA issued the Emergency Temporary Standard ("ETS") requiring employers with 100 or more employees to ensure employees are vaccinated or subject to weekly COVID-19 testing. The ETS goes into effect on December 5, 2021, and remains in effect for six months. Employees must be fully vaccinated or begin testing on January 5, 2022. A written policy is required outlining the guidelines including what vaccination records must be submitted, how the information will be kept, when the testing is required, who will pay for it, as well as other guidelines related to the ETS. But as expected, several states have filed suit to challenge OSHA's ETS, so ....
