The updated version of Form I-9 includes the following changes:

By asking more thought-provoking questions, hiring managers can really dive deeper into leadership qualities. Examples of questions include;
“Rank the jobs on your resume, from favorite to least." – This question requires the candidate to think through their career and explain what they enjoyed in their positions, as well as their least favorite. "What's your greatest failure?" – By asking the candidate to describe their greatest failure, they are providing insight into how it shaped their career, their level of risk taking, if they take responsibility for it and how did they move past it. Don’t forget to always structure job interview questions that are consistent for the open position.
